Made solely with English wine and botanicals, most of which are grown or foraged for around their solar-powered winery in Uckfield, East Sussex. The infusion of predominantly fresh botanicals, such as wormwood, bay leaves and oregano gives a vibrant and flavourful Vermouth that showcases the English wine at its base. Grass and dried hay dominate the nose, while a creaminess and citrus apple follow on the palate. Refreshing and moreish, this extra dry white Vermouth is a must-have cocktail ingredient for the classics, or drink neat and chilled. IWSC 2022 bronze award winner.
