In the loop drinks is a solar-powered winery specialising in English Vermouth and bottled cocktails in Uckfield, East Sussex. Creation to bottling is all conducted on site using English wine and predominantly freshly grown and foraged botanicals, reflecting the terroir of the land. Food scientist and Oenologist Gnina Balchin, the head winemaker and director, has created a range of highly balanced Vermouths with a distinctly wine-led style that beautifully showcase every ingredient.
