Please note: You must be aged 18 or over to order wine from us and to accept delivery. If you look under 25, we will check you for ID when we deliver your wines.

Delivery is available to UK only, excluding on Weekends and Bank Holidays. Deliveries are sent as soon as possible, usually arriving in 2-5 days. Here are the delivery options:

Please let us know where to leave your wines if your out. You can specify any special instructions in your order checkout. If your delivery cannot be completed, our couriers will leave you a card so you can arrange re-delivery or collection.
Collect for free in Bath!
Customers can now collect their orders by special arrangement from our team in Bath. There is no delivery charge, even for one bottle, if you choose collection.
For orders under £99:
Please use our code "COLLECT" when you checkout. Note: this cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers.
For orders over £99:
Please let us know you would like to collect your order in the checkout notes box.

Send wines as a gift
We can send out your orders as a gift and include a personal message inside the parcel. This means you can gift a loved one a bottle or case of something truly unique with ease. You can specify that you would like an order to be sent as a gift in the checkout special instructions box.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping services but can send your wine bottles in a gift bag. If you would like to purchase a gift bag or pine wood wine box for your order, please visit our Gifts collection.

Where is my wine?
If you have not received your wine within the estimated time, please get in touch.
What is your minimum order?
While we recommend you purchase at least six bottles of wine (known as a “half case”), there is no minimum order.
Am I too late for next day delivery?
Next day delivery is available for UK mainland customers only. Please order by 11am to qualify for next day delivery.
What proof of age will be accepted?
We accept photo IDs that carry the ‘PASS’ logo, a valid passport or driver’s licence.
Can I return my order?
If the wine is faulty or damaged, we will refund you and we may ask you to return your order so that we can investigate the issue. However, if you are looking to return your order because you are unsatisfied with our wines, please get in touch.
Christmas 2019: For guaranteed Christmas or New Year delivery please place your order by 5pm, Tuesday 17 December 2019. The last day we will send parcels is Thursday 19 December. Please note that orders placed between 20 December and 2 January 2020 will not be dispatched until 2 January 2020 due to the Christmas holidays.
Bank holidays: No orders, including Next Day, are sent or delivered on bank holidays so please order in good-time.
