Tilia Pinot Noir is a Medium bodied, dry, red wine from the Vipava Valley, Slovenia. It's 100% Pinot Noir with 13.5% abv.

An excitingly fruity and elegant Pinot Noir. Ruby in colour and full of ripe cherries, redcurrant, ripe elderberries with fresh, slightly smoky notes. On the palate there is a rich minerality. Overall, beautifully crisp with velvety tannins.
Before maceration a part of the must is taken away to concentrate the tannins and colour. The wine is cold macerate and followed by seven days of skin contact fermentation to give exceptional colour and body.
This a wine of a young estate vineyard and partnership farm but from well matured grapes. The wine represents a blend of grapes from across the Vipava valley in Western Slovenia, close to northern Italy.
