St Donat Magma Rose Brut is a dry sparkling rosé wine from Lake Balaton, Hungary. It's 100% Kekfrankos with 12.5% abv.

Only made in exceptional vintages, this pink sparkling was created by winemaker Tamas Kovacs in the traditional method style, like Champagne. It uses 100% Kekfrankos fruit, hand-harvested from the Aranyház and Ráta vineyards on the Tihany peninsula that stretches toward the centre of Lake Balaton in western Hungary. The base wine is bottled unfiltered, giving extra foaming texture. The final wine is a pretty salmon colour with intense fruity aromas and flavours of strawberries, raspberries, brioche and spice on the palate.
