This is one of Istenic's flagship sparkling wines. A young vintage with 12 months on lees and made exclusively from Chardonnay, this wine is a clean-cut reflection of the fruit grown in Slovenian terroir. Partially barrel fermented with second fermentation in bottle, the wine is poised, fruit-focused and long in the mouth with notes of orchard apples, honeyed biscuit, grapefruit and stone fruits. No sulfur was added.
