This ripe and beautifully sweet wine is made from high quality Botrytis grapes. This means it's made from late harvested grapes which have Botrytis (also know as "noble rot") growing on the grape. This concentrates the sugars and flavors which is where this unique style of wine gets it's natural sweetness from.
