Here's a snapshot in time: enjoy a blend of three villages and eight vineyards of Furmint and Harslevelu fruit, picked from vines between five and 50 years' old and then whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is 65% Furmint, renowned for its fresh acidity and orchard fruit notes, and 35% Harslevelu, a rounded, honeyed and floral variety. This is a fine example of Furmint and Harslevelu in their pure, raw form, and a macro-expression of Tokaj terroir.
Pairs beautifully with: Lemon-roasted chicken, raw oysters and other shellfish, spicy fish stew, Moussaka, creamy pasta dishes or roasted bell peppers stuffed with lentils.
