An organic, vegan, and low intervention wine made with one of the predominant grapes used for Cava production. Spawned from forbidden love over 100 years ago when Lluis Ferre and Maria Catasus from rival winemaker families were married and today their grandson is continuing the winemaking tradition. Ripe white fruits, citrus and hints of fennel make for a super fresh and exciting wine. Some time on the lees helps to give a lovely weight to this stunning wine.
