Introducing a limited series of 1,483 bottles of the best Chardonnay from Csernus estate, located on the volcanic foothills of Mt Straz. Chardonnay has a unique affinity with oak and here it has been matured in small barrels for complexity. Stirring the yeast lees for 8 months with the batonnage method gives the wine a buttery and creamy flavour with flavours of red apple. Overall the wine balances both richness and purity in harmony.
