Creamy, herby and spicy Lebanese white wine.
Chateau Ksara Blanc de Blancs is a dry white wine from Beqaa Valley, Lebanon. It's a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay & Semillon with 13.0% abv. Suitable for Vegans.
Chateau Ksara is Lebanon's largest and oldest commercial winery, established by Jesuit monks in 1857. Their Blanc de Blancs white wine is one of our favourite wines from their range. The fruit is from parcels at 1,000m above sea level in Beqaa and harvested by hand. These grapes are pressed and cool-fermented, before being blended. The final wine is bursting with pineapple and juicy citrus over a layer of cream, nuts and spice. It's a very unique wine that's easy to fall for!
Pairs beautifully with: Thai stir fries with chicken or pork, shellfish, falafel served with a salad of seeds and legumes, oily fish like mackerel, fish curries or lentil dals.
Cheese pairing: Grilled Halloumi or Feta.
