Established by the late Stephen Spurrier and his wife Arabella in West Dorset, Bride Valley's chalky soils underwent rigorous testing to determine they were very similar to that of Champagne. The first vines were planted in 2009 and although not certified, the vineyard continues to follow organic farming principles.
This wine has such an elegant nose with a generous bouquet of elderflower and white blossom, even a delicate touch of strawberry and fennel supported by butterscotch a pastry characters. A well balanced zingy acidity keeps the apple and buttery brioche in check before a fresh and zesty finish.
