Aya Estate Early Melnik is a full bodied, dry red wine from Struma Valley, Bulgaria. It's made from 100% Early Melnik with 13.5% abv.

An intense ruby red, medium bodied wine which has a distinct and rich aroma of ripe cherries and blackberries combine with soft spice and light tobacco. The palette has a hint of sweetness with well structured tannins and a delicate and refreshing finish.
Early Melnik Vine is a cross between Broad Melnik Vine and Valdiguié, and is unique and typical for this region. The grapes come from vines that are grown following biodynamic viticultural practices. This grape variety grows in the most Southwestern part of Bulgaria, in the region of Melnik, where the climate is warm thanks to the air currents coming from the Aegean Sea.
