Aya Estate Ayano White is a Medium bodied, dry white wine from Struma Valley, Bulgaria. It's made from a blend of 41% Viognier, 33% Marsanne, 17% Roussanne, 9% Chardonnay with 12.35% abv.

A well rounded and beautifully balanced white wine. Pale straw colour with a rich honey and nuts aroma, expressing notes of herbs. Medium body with a fresh taste and finish. An excellent wine to drink on its own or with food.
The grapes are handpicked in a vineyard located in the village of Harsovo, where the climate is warm but thanks to the air currents coming from the Aegean Sea and the cooler night currents descending from the surrounding mountains, large diurnal amplitudes are maintained. The soils are sandy and permeable, thus resulting in better drainage. The harvest starts in middle of August and the three main varieties are placed in a stainless-stell tanks together for a month to keep their fresh fruit aromas.
