Aya Estate Ayano Rosé is a light bodied, dry rosé wine from Struma Valley, Bulgaria. It's from a blend of 46% Cinsault, 38% Grenache, 16% Syrah with 12% abv.

Beautiful light-pink rosé which is light-bodied, refreshing and very easy to drink. Tangerine aromas meet a juicy, citrus and summer berries palette with a good balanced acidity.
The vineyards with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah are located near the village of Harsovo, where the climate is warm but thanks to the air currents coming from the Aegean Sea and the cooler night currents descending from the surrounding mountains, large diurnal amplitudes are maintained. The soils are sandy and permeable, thus resulting in better drainage. The three grape varieties are processed and fermented together in stainless steel tanks, at temperatures of up to 15℃. The process is completed within 20 days, after which the wine goes through stabilization and extremely gentle treatments. The aim is to avoid decrease in the intensity of the taste and aromatic profile of the wine.
