Made from 100% Seyval Blanc which is proving to be a great grape for UK wineries, especially for fresh and crisp sparklers like this one. The name comes from the Latin verb "iūbilāre", which means to "Be joyful - all of you." It's a delicious, traditional method and elegant sparkling wine made from Aldwick's estate-grown fruit in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty just at the lower tip of the Cotswolds in the west of England. A great aperitif style wine with a beautiful balance and refreshing English acidity.
