Aromas of fermented apple and bright redcurrant fruit leads into a palate of ripe lemon, creamy yoghurt and pear. Generous, complex and well-balanced. A proper pink! Made by the legendary winemaker Alain Gueneau and his daughter Elisa. Their AOC Sancerre vines expand over 16 hectares of sloping vineyards in Sancerre, Sury-en-Vaux and Chavignol, mostly on calcerous clay. Theya re dedicated to sustainable winemaking to preserve their unique terroir.
