The grapes have been grown and harvested by hand at altitude to produce fresh, structured wines despite Thailand's sub-tropical climate. The sweet wine we offer, made from 100% Chenin Blanc, tastes just like crushed red apples and will appeal to any cider lover! The dry wines are savoury, moreish and very easy drinking.
