Somerset Distillery

Steve, Simon, Dave and Allan set up Somerset Distillery with a dedication to quality, building their microdistillery from scratch and launching a series of small batch, premium county gins. Simon, a former chef and restaurateur, is the palate behind each of the gins, developing the recipe and flavour. While Simon is assisted by Dave in the production, Steve and Allan bring a wealth of food and drink experience from their careers in hospitality and food service to share Somerset gins with people across the UK.
