Bladnoch Distillery

Bladnoch is a Lowlands Scotch Distillery owned by David Prior, who purchased the distillery to revive the heart and soul of the local community in 2015. He hired the Master Distiller Dr Nick Savage from The Macallan in 2019; Nick has an unwavering pursuit of perfection that has led him to become renowned in the industry. Water for the whiskies is sourced from Bladnoch River and all the malt comes from British growers. The distillery is the southernmost in Scotland and can produce up to 1.5m litres a year of delicious, golden whisky.

The single malts are bottled under Bladnoch, while Pure Scot is David's venture with whisky legend Charles Maclean and Nick Savage to produce a range of blended Scotch whiskies. The Pure Scot brand is inspired by Australian and Scottish nature and is committed to donating a part of its annual sales to the Planet, an initiative focused on solving environmental issues.
