Alchemy is a project established by David Rowledge in partnership with the winemakers Boris Kovac and Fernando Castro. Their aim is to create a limited run of exceptional quality wines selected from low-yielding parcels of old vines. Their wines are made only from parcels where the vine age is over 100 years old, giving intensely concentrated fruit character.
