Novel Wines Offers Wine Picks in Crumbs Magazine

Great news! The award-winning food magazine Crumbs has chosen Novel Wines to select a wine to go with every recipe in the Bath & Bristol issue. Co-founder of Novel Wines Ben Franks will select a unique bottle of wine that complements the delicious dishes cooked by some of the region's finest foodies. 

The first edition, already out now, includes a duo fish recipe matched with the vibrant and zingy Kyperounda Petritis 2015. There's also a pairing between the Montes Toscanini Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2014 with stuffed aubergine (a match made in heaven!) and Acorn Vegetarian's warm potato soup has been paired with our gorgeously textured Babylonstoren Viognier 2015.
