The result is a complex wine with a bouquet of tobacco and black cherry, masses of concentration and plenty of fine tannins
1 x Pilato Malvasija Sur Lie 2020, Croatia (RRP £29.99 each). The perfect combination of location, perfect climate, fermented in Oak barrels, an intense white wine full of apricots, vanilla, butter and citrus fruits
1 x Zlatan Otok Plavac Barrique 2013, Croatia (RRP £25.99 each). Top quality dry red wine produced from selected Plavac mali grapes from the unique southern positions of Sveta Nedjelja. Rich, complex structures, aroma of prunes, cherries and spices. A wine with a rich, full taste and long-lasting harmonious finish.
