Starting with the Csernus Lavav Cuvée Siller Rosé, it is an off-dry, full body rosé from Mt Straz, a defunct volcano in Slovakia. Full of cherry, plum and mineral freshness. An amazing rosé that's on the sweet, but not too sweet side!
The next two types of Rosé are both from Lake Balaton, Hungary, a beautiful, very large lake in western Hungary. St. Donat Tihany Rosé is on the ligther side, with a more zesty and strawberry flavour, better for those who are into their paler rosé. Ending on the Sabar Rosé Kekfrankos, it's an amazing balance of the two, medium in body, darker in colour and has a layered taste of citrus fruits, cherries, and a bit of spice!
