A luxurious wine with an intense colour with an expressive minerality & fruitful aroma. The taste is elegant, bittersweet with soft and unique finish. Complete with a touch of the Adriatic as the bottles are aged in the Adriatic sea for 10 months. The influence of salt and waves felt exclusively on the cork, while the dance of mistral, north wind, storm, and south on the bottles created a unique record from the depths of the sea and the well below the surface of the sea.
