FAQs
What drinks do you offer?
We offer a tailored selection of our unique wine list and a selection of premium gins, along with Fever-Tree tonic water and an alcohol-free juice option from The Juice Collective. While we aim to offer a bespoke list for everyone's event, we are a premium high quality retailer and offer wines that surpass expectations every time.
Do you offer a cash bar or take credit cards?
We will bring a float so your guests can buy wines and gin and tonic mixers by cash. We also use the iZettle card reader. As long as your booked venue has WiFi we can take card payments.
Can I pre-pay for the bar?
Yes, if you want free drinks flowing all night we can limit the stock we bring and you can pre-pay for drinks. This is a great option for corporate events or promotional parties.
What's your deposit?
Every deposit is tailored to the event, staff, travel and other requirements. We work on a 'minimum spend' basis. For example, if you hired us for a wedding and paid a £500 minimum spend deposit but your guests spent £501 with us on the night, we will fully refund your deposit. This system works really well for events with a strict budget.
Aldwick Estate
Somerset, England
This absolutely stunning vineyard is set in the Mendip hills in Somerset, just outside of Bristol and Bath. Aldwick Estate has been family-run for five generations and is today Somerset's largest vineyard at 11 acres of vines. The estate is headed up by managing director Sandy Luck. Sandy says the mission for Aldwick is "to balance respect for tradition with the drive for innovation".
Vines are hand-tended throughout the year by a small team based on site. Grapes are hand picked every September and October and pressed by wine maker Steve Brooksbank to create a range of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines.
