Ellie Mentha is a business management and hospitality specialist who joined the company in 2017. Ellie loves people and was seen at many of our events talking all things wine, culture and food. Passionate about the social kudos of wine, Ellie is all about sharing the best moments with one another. Ellie left Novel Wines in 2019 to pursue a career in London.

Favourite wine? My favourite wines are Monsoon Valley Late Harvest Chenin Blanc, closely followed by the delicious Kardos Tundermese "Fairytale" Tokaji - as if I'm not sweet enough! :)
Favourite food? Thai Panang curry with coconut rice but I will eat anything delicious! Something worth trying is the Bibo Runge Rheingau Riesling with Thai food.
Best cheese and wine combo? I'm partial to a glass of Prosecco or a sparkling rosé like Istenic Gourmet Rosé Brut and some goats cheese!
