Honey's Cider began its story when the Honey family bought their farm in Midford near Bath in 1960. On the map, the word 'orchard' was marked on grass paddocks. 42 years later, this became the reality when Bob Honey revived the Somerset orchard and planted a grazing orchard of big, widely spaced apple trees. These gave the sheep and cattle shade and shelter, while the cattle provide fertility to the orchard soils. Today this sustainable, local and family-run orchard preserves the rich tradition of real West Country cider.
