Cidentro Cider House believes in using the best apples to create the best cider. The family began their cider journey by planting an orchard of 540 cider apple trees on their farm in Melton Mowbray. The trees are responsible for seven different apple varieties each with their own unique flavour characteristics. Broadly you have your "Sharps, Sweets, Bittersharps and Bittersweets"; the art, as Cidentro say, is in the blending.
