Bussay Charmes Pinot Noir is a dry red wine from Zala, Lake Balaton, Hungary. It is 100% Pinot Noir with 12.0% abv. Suitable for Vegans.
Coming from Zala, a region off-the-beaten-path south west of Lake Balaton, known mostly for its small production, homemade wines. This is a pale coloured, easy-drinking Pinot Noir with flavours of fresh strawberries. Grown on clay-based soils similar to those in the Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin in Burgundy, the name takes after the region and its quest for the finest quality. Best savoured lightly chilled and served with cold cuts.
You'll like this if you like... Light, refreshing drinks like Sangria or young Alsace Pinot Noir wines.
Pairs beautifully with: Cured meats, diced chicken, beetroot and green leaf salad, salmon and new potatoes, risotto, vegetable stir fries or shellfish.
Cheese pairing: Goat's cheese.
