Bluestone Classic Cuvée is a dry white sparkling wine from Wiltshire, England. It's a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier with 12.0% abv.

Limited release of 4,500 bottles, with each bottle numbered by hand. Bluestone Vineyard's vintage-led, luxury Classic Cuvée is made up of classic Champagne grape varieties aged on lees for 36 months. It has a low Brut dosage of 7g/litre and is made by Hambledon winery's Chef de Cave Hervé Jestin in partnership with the McConnell family at Bluestone. This wine is bursting with orchard fruits, lemon and pastry on the nose, leading into a broad and rich palate of white peach, citrus, apple and toasted nuts. Lively on the finish and very memorable.
