Dry red wine, 75cl. Full bodied 100% Tannat from Canelones, Uruguay. 14.0% ABV. Suitable for Vegetarians.

Artesana are Uruguay's premier Tannat specialists. This varietal red is made by two female winemakers and aged in a combination of French and American oak. The result is a big and bold wine with lashings of blackberries, blackcurrants and plum, tempered by notes of dark chocolate and a meaty tannin. 

Pairs beautifully with: Aberdeen Angus beef burger, charcoal grilled steak with peppercorn sauce, a butternut squash stew or cured meats.

Cheese pairing: Strong cheese like blue or Parmesan.
