Limited release of 2,000 bottles. Raimes' Blanc de Noirs is a deliciously fresh vintage English sparkling wine with zippy notes of green apple, grapefruit and lemon. The palate texture is a creamy mousse with toasty hints and a long finish. This is a very elegant example of English winemaking. Picked from the chalky slopes of the South Downs in Hampshire, this is terroir made for fizz.
Pairs beautifully with: Fish and chips, calamari, Margarita pizza, fried mushrooms, English breakfast or mac and cheese.
Cheese pairing: Gouda or parmesan.
