Jaime Quendera’s full bodied selected harvest white wine. Waxy aromas of orange blossom, peach and pineapple are followed by an opulent flavour of peach melba, cream and spice. The finish is long and satisfying.

Pairs beautifully with: Mediterranean fish stew with garlic, roast chicken, creamy chicken pasta or chestnut, spinach & blue cheese en croute. 

Cheese pairing: Mature cheddar or Swiss Gruyere.
