When a Bacchus is made as well as this it's as fresh and zippy as a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with wonderful floral aromas. The vines are grown at one of Somerset's newest vineyards, Wraxall, and cared for by Jacky and her family before being pressed by a local winemaker.
