Chef Dan Moon is back to present one of his signature five course menus, all paired with wines selected by our wine buyer Ben Franks.

Dan Moon, whom many of you know from his own eponymous restaurant during his 3AA Rosette Gainsborough Hotel days, is soon to be launching his own restaurant Yuzu. Our wine dinners with Dan have always been a great success, so you're in for a good night.
