Opolo is an elegant and refreshing rosé wine packed with scents of the local vineyard-grown peaches and wild flowers. A beautifully balanced and interesting rose with a slightly spicy finish. Babić is a local Dalmatian red grape variety originating from the UNESCO protected Bucavac vineyard. The Babić grapes grown at Testament winery’s for Opolo benefit from the vineyard's location on hills facing the Adriatic Sea.
