Introducing the rare grape variety, Tihany Kék. This is part of winemaker Jozsef Szentesi's revival of grapes lost to phylloxera in Hungary. Extremely limited, with only a few hundred bottles made, we're very lucky to share this wine. Wonderfully spicy on the nose with ground peppercorns, smoked cedar and sweet cinnamon leading the way. It's poised and elegant on the palate with dried strawberries, cherries and lavender. A really intriguing and rare wine with plenty of raw character.
