SanzonTokaj Habzo Sparkling is a dry sparkling white wine from Tokaj, Hungary. It's 100% Furmint with 11.5% abv. Suitable for Vegans.
Introducing this new release fizz from Erika Rácz's boutique winery in the village of Erdobenye. Only 1800 bottles were made, so this is very limited edition. Lovely, elegant fizz leading with soft citrus and floral aromas. The palate is zippy and fresh with a creamy mousse full of ripe melon, quince, peach and honey.
Pairs beautifully with: Sushi, Thai noodles, leafy green salads with cherry tomatoes, tuna sandwiches, or canapes.
Cheese pairing: Goat's cheese.
