Sant'Or Roditis Nature is a dry white wine from Peloponnese, Greece. It's 100% Roditis with 13.0% abv. Suitable for Vegans. Organic/Biodynamic.

Naturally low in sulphites. Sant’Or is located outside the city of Patra and is operated by the local grower Panagiotis Dimitropoulos. His vines, which he cultivates with a biodynamic philosophy, are certified organic and grow at 600m altitude with no irrigation on soils of schist, clay and loam. Only hand-picked estate-grown fruit is used in this varietal Roditis wine, one of Greece’s flagship grape varieties. Fermentation occurs spontaneously from wild yeasts with a full malolactic conversion and no fining or filtering. This is true natural wine. Aromas of jasmine and apple lead into a creamy, voluptuous palate of orchard fruits, melon and white peach.

Food pairing: Greek fish stew, traditional Greek salad, roast chicken, pasta and pancetta in a creamy sauce, lobster and shellfish, or honey glazed ham.
