Named after the Sainte Marie lighthouse marking the southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, where 19th century Salcombe fruit schooners would load citrus and herbs bound for England's ports. Inspired by the south of France and the Mediterranean, this dry pink gin aims to celebrate life in colour. It's distilled using Macedonian juniper berries with botanicals like soft strawberries, angelica, citrus peel, rose petals and peppercorns.
Try it as... Salcombe Rosé Spritz
Fill a large wine glass with ice, add 35ml of Salcombe Gin Rose Sainte Marie and 15ml of Aperol. Top up with tonic water and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
