Psychopomp are an independent micro-distillery based in Bristol. Their "Old Tom" is a take on a traditional style of gin that was sweetened with sugar or honey. Psychopomp have created their Old Tom using sweet botanicals such as almonds, liquorice root, cassia, fennel seeds and white peony, rather than sweetening with sugar or honey.
