Holdvölgy is a modern winery in the Mád basin of Tokaj, specialising in limited-release wines that celebrate the region's myriad terroir.
Kabar is an extremely rare grape variety, which is planted in the Tokaj region, and only a very few wineries produce single-variety wine from it. In its aroma, you can find pear, mandarin, peach and cardamom., white-fleshed grapefruit, as well as vanilla. An elegant wine that unfolds with dynamic flavours and delicate spices.
