Holdvölgy is a modern winery in the Mád basin of Tokaj, specialising in limited release wines that celebrate the myriad of terroir in the region. Eloquence is a dessert wine with exceptional maturity, harvested from first growth vineyards with volcanic soils in Tokaj during a dry year and long ripening season. The result is plenty of intensity with aromas of linden leaf honey, coconut and dried apricots. The palate is silky and full of exotic, bright fruit like mango, apricot jam and dried apple with layers of sweet oriental spice. Rich and rewarding, this is superb sweet Tokaji.
