Hanna's Organic Traminer is a dry, medium-full-bodied, white wine from Carnuntum, Austria. It's 100% Pinot Noir with 12.5% abv. Suitable for Vegans. Organic.
Low in sulphites. Macerated for two weeks in stainless steel with gentle pumping over. Elevage in French oak to add softness before being bottled unfiltered with low sulfur.
Pairs beautifully with: Thai stir fries with chicken or pork, shellfish, falafel served with a salad of seeds and legumes, oily fish like mackerel, fish curries or lentil dals.
Cheese pairing: Grilled Halloumi or Feta.
