Rounded and elegant Sicilian white wine from Colomba Bianca's organic vineyards. 'Grillo' is the flagship indigenous grape variety of Sicily, known for its rich fruit ripeness and fresh lime acidity. The 'Kore', or 'heart', style of Grillo is an aromatic wine with aromas of grape must, white flowers and stone fruits. Grapes for this wine are harvested from vines some 700m above sea level. Perfect by the glass!
