Canned Wine Co. Verdejo is a full bodied white wine from Rueda, Spain. It's 100% Verdejo with 13.0% abv. Suitable for Vegans.

Introducing a limited run of Javier Sanz's delicious barrel-aged Verdejo in can. Grown on gravelly stone soils in Rueda, Spain, the Verdejo for this wine is harvested in the dead of night to retain freshness and acidity. It's then fermented and matured in French oak for six months adding complexity and spice. It  leads with floral aromas, ripe stone fruits, citrus and fennel. The palate evokes the flavours of the Mediterranean with tangy tangerine, ripe nectarine, fresh fennel and a burst of mouth-watering lemon. 

Pairs beautifully with: Macaroni cheese, mushroom, garlic & cream tagliatelle, veal in cream sauce, lamb chops with rosemary, cheese croquettes, roasted pumpkin, stuffed black olives, or Mediterranean meze.

Cheese pairing: Comte or Raclette.
