The original product from Burning Barn, a family-run craft rum business inspired by the burning down of their barn in 2015. The rum is cold smoked with local Warwickshire apple wood. It leads with intense smokiness, followed by sweet red apple, molasses and burnt treacle with a fiery finish. Super smooth, this is a great sipping rum or enjoy it as an Old Fashioned with a twist of grapefruit peel.
