Inspired by the produce carried on ships that used to pass their beautiful Welsh coastline on their way to Barry Docks, Barry Island Rum is spiced with botanicals from all over the world.
The mixture is agitated twice a day to ensure the rum is perfectly infused with the natural flavours. The spirit is then lengthened with the purest Welsh water gravitated from the Brecon Beacons.
