An opulent English fizz bursting with apples, buttery pastry, almonds and fresh citrus.

Introducing this rich and elegant Blanc de Blancs from Alison Nightingale's family-run Albourne Estate in Sussex. Made from estate-grown and hand-picked Chardonnay fruit, the wine spends at least 36 months on lees prior to its release. A wine with elegance, finesse and subtle complexity, the fizz is made with a low dosage (5g/litre) and bottled full of apple and pastry notes.
You'll like this if you like... Apple tarts and non-vintage Champagne.
Pairs beautifully with: Crab on toast, prawns, sausage casserole, steamed mussels with tomato and garlic broth, parsley and garlic sauce, roast chicken with thyme, or creamy mushroom risotto.
Cheese pairing: Brie or Camembert.
